EDUCATION, EDUCATION, EDUCATION!!!

Did your parents stress the value of a good education? Do you stress the value of a good education to
your children? I know my parents stressed it to me, and I sure stress it to my two sons. These days I find
myself also stressing the value of education to our diverse group of MSP partners! I have found that we
can provide the greatest solution on Earth, but if our partners aren’t properly “educating” their clients
and prospects then true “cloud adoption” becomes an uphill battle.

What is WaaS (Workspace as a Service) anyway? At its core, WaaS is a combination of things. High
performance, flexibility, the highest level of security, increased collaboration, scalability and a true
EMANCIPATION!! (from the expense and aggravation of on premise infrastructure)

These are the key points of emphasis in the ongoing education taking place between the MSP and their
clients. It simply make no sense for businesses to buy and maintain servers and software anymore. Our
most effective partners paint this clear, achievable picture for their most demanding of clients. And from
our experience, your clients are looking for a better way! They live and die with their key line of business
applications. Most of them could care less how this is accomplished…not too many tears will be shed
when they can remove noisy, energy draining servers from their offices.

Once your clients experience how their applications perform in a virtual environment, and that they no
longer need to maintain and constantly upgrade servers, they will graduate from “Cloud 101”! (And the
MSP likely has a client for life…and those valuable recurring revenues that come with it!)
